This two-day training program is designed to provide managers and supervisors with the tools and techniques needed to ensure proper care in the delivery of their responsibilities and to provide a safer workplace for all employees.

The Due Diligence for Supervisors program was developed after the Westray Mine Disaster in Nova Scotia, Canada in 1992. This program has been delivered to thousands of managers and supervisors and has given them a better understanding of the issues around Due Diligence. Our focus is to ensure that the participants are better prepared when dealing with health & safety issues, giving them a more confident attitude.

Incidents occur every day in the workplace, we simply ask, "what are you are doing as a manager, to ensure the safety of employees on your shift in your workplace?" Once we have an appreciation of the work environment and what supervisors are doing, we can make recommendations to assist in becoming better prepared. Participants often leave with a to do list ( generated from work book activities )of items that they can integrate into their daily activity to help ensure that their workplace is safe.
