The Safety Leadership Program (SLP) is an implementation process designed to ensure that all employees within an organization understand their responsibilities and are held accountable for those responsibilities. The focus is on all manager and or supervisor to work with their employees to make the workplace safe.
The manager and or supervisor are given a series of tools that are to be used within the workplace, to ensure that employees are safe , and that the manger and or supervisor can demonstrate the Due Diligence Defense.
What makes this program different from others is that it focuses on the tools that need to be used to demonstrate Due Diligence not on the Law. The program is not designed to scare, its designed to prepare. Our approach is to look at due diligence as a standard rather than a defense.
