Measures of Performance
The participant will learn how to evaluate the performance of their safety committee using the Global Training Edge Inc. evaluation tool. The evaluation tool looks at ten elements of a committee's performance and establishes a ranking for each. Once the evaluation is completed, the committee recieves the score which can be used to establish a basis for improvement.
